Order Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, email usĀ as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping. If the buyer chooses not to have the package re-shipped, the order will be canceled, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is under the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged mail must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
